The Silent Auction has been the place to be at the last 2 conferences.   Get your club in on the fun and donate a gift basket.   There will be prizes for the club with the Best Basket, The Highest Selling Basket, The Most Creative Basket and more!

Why do we raise funds for the conference?

Great Question!!!  We are glad you asked.   The cost of conference per person is about $250 with $100 for meals.  We want more members to be able to enjoy the experience so we set the price lower and ask clubs to help defray the cost.   We raised $3,000 from 23 contributors at the Fall Conference.  We shop hotels every year for the best price on our package.

The contest begins at the club level and winners progress to area, division, and district. Ultimately, they are narrowed down to 10 semi-finalists at the annual International Conference where 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners are selected.
