2012-2013 District Officer Nominations
We are seeking District Officer Nominations for the 2012-2013 Toastmasters year (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013). Elected officers are District Governor, Lieutenant Governor of Education & Training, Lieutenant Governor of Marketing, and six Division Governors, Denver, Eastern, Foothills, Metro, Northern and Southern.
To be placed on the ballot, you must be nominated. You may be nominated by someone else or you may nominate yourself. It’s a perfectly acceptable practice to self-nominate. Nominations must be mailed or emailed to Julia Davis of the Nominating Committee by February 29th, 2012.The Nomination Form and Officer Agreement, along with the requirements and officer duties, are listed below. The election will be held on May 19, 2012. District Officer Candidates can also run from the floor as write-in candidates. District leadership is a growth and leadership experience. If you haven’t been a District leader and are thinking about taking your Toastmasters experience to the next level, this is your opporutnity.
