Our online newsletter is published on the first of each month. Toastmasters are notified through an email titled News from District 26 Toastmasters. If you or members of your club aren’t getting the notification, SIGN UP NOW. Consider printing a few copies for distribution to those who don’t have internet access.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions should be newsworthy, informative, thought-provoking and of district-wide appeal. Include web links if available.

The article recognizes member or club/district achievement beyond the expected completion of requirements in the manuals.

Articles of 250-300 words are preferred. Address Who, What, Where, and When. Word, RTF, WordPerfect, email, or text files are acceptable.

Applicable photos are encouraged in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format (minimum resolution: 72 pixels/inch, minimum dimension: 144 pixels). If possible, identify people in the photo and give the significance of the photo to the article. Include your name, educational level (CC, DTM/ALB, etc.), and your position (club president, area governor, chairperson, etc.) relative to the article.

Send articles and photos to the editor gordonsavage@msn.com and/or pro1112@d26leaders.org by the 15th of the month to appear in the following issue. Please state newsletter in the subject line.

You are encouraged to send additional articles that are not time sensitive to be filed and published when we have space.

Please note that we have three team members, each proficient in their own area, and it takes two weeks of every month to prepare a professional newsletter for publication. In order for each team member to perform their role and publish on time, we try to adhere to a strict timeline.
