David Harrower’s book
David Harrower has been involved in fun physical activity for as long as he can remember. His favorites have been running, road biking, rock climbing, mountaineering, alpine skiing, cross country skiing and backcountry skiing.
In 1990, he started Backcountry, a publication for backcountry skiers and snowboarders and in March 2012, published the book, “Fitter Fun: Changing butt time to UP time.”
David knows we can change the state of health in the U.S. by getting people to become physically active.
