| BIO | Elaine Love’s experience spans from growing one store into a chain of Goodyear dealerships to developing an idea into the extremely successful Mountain Castles Property Management Company. Elaine has received numerous leadership awards including First Resort International’s “Innovator of the Year.” To help others, Elaine developed a customizable formula to duplicate her success. Audiences delight in her interactive, entertaining, and inspiring presentations. As a member of Toastmasters, Elaine earned her DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) in 30 months, served as an area governor in 2010, and division governor in 2011. She earned the Triple Crown award in 2011 and Toastmaster of the Year, Metro Division in 2010. She is a frequent presenter at the Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) and district conferences. Elaine holds Masters degrees in Communication and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a Real Estate Broker and a certified M3 Master Consultant.
