Martin Cobb takes pride in entertaining and educating his audiences. He has two favorite and exciting speeches – “How to give a Powerful Speech” and “Great! You are Finally in Charge – Now What?” Blending humor, humility, and hope, he keeps the audience engaged and laughing. Martin is an accomplished Toastmaster and is Director for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Speakers Bureau. Martin is at ease with both large and small groups. A former Navy Commander, he is the Change Manager – Business Operations for the Bureau of Land Management and is pursuing a Masters in Organizational Performance and Change from CSU.
