Toastmaster Districts create incentive programs to recognize individuals and clubs for achieving goals and enhancing the club experience. These incentives help clubs focus on member recruitment and retention, fostering a vibrant environment. District 26 offers various incentives to promote growth and excellence. Thoughtful planning and commitment by all team members are essential for the successful completion of incentive projects.
Club Officer Training
Attend Training for a chance to Win Conference Passes
Clubs that successfully train all seven officer roles will be entered into a drawing to win two complimentary conference passes for the President and Vice President Education (VPE) for the Annual Conference taking place from May 2 to 4.
Spring Membership Renewal
Renew 13 or more memberships by the deadline to qualify for a chance to win the incentive, allowing your members to pay the exclusive Black Friday Conference rate.

New Club Rewards
All clubs chartered during the 2024-2025 Toastmasters year will receive a complimentary Club Banner and a set of Timing Cards.
Individual Member Award
Achieve three or more educational awards by June 30 to receive a Triple Crown pin.
