The purpose of the Organizational Meeting is to select club officers and determine meeting day/time/frequency and club name
Either Club Growth Director, or an Extension Coordinator, confirms meeting day/time with club Sponsor.

Is is suggested the Organizational Meeting be held within two weeks after the Kickoff Meeting.
Following the Organizational Meeting, our team assists with completion of charter forms and membership applications.
