Membership Renewal FAQs
How do I renew my club's membership?
You can renew your club’s membership by logging into your account at toastmasters.org and following the renewal instructions provided. If your club has the self-pay feature enabled, you will be able to pay your International membership fee of $60.00. If your club charges fees for such things as room rentals, talk to your club’s Treasurer or Vice President Membership. If you belong to more than one club, thank you for your membership in each.
What is the deadline for membership renewal?
The deadline to earn the District 26 incentive for renewing your club’s membership is March 15, 2025. Make sure to complete the process by this date to be eligible for the incentive.
What is the Black Friday Conference Deal?
The Black Friday Conference Deal was a super early bird conference ticket rate of $149 offered to all members attending the 2025 Annual Conference. The rate began on Black Friday — November 29 through December 7, 2024. This deal includes access to all events and meals. The standard conference rate, which began on December 8, 2024 for access to all events and meals is $165.
How many payments are required to enter the drawing?
Your club must have at least 13 payments submitted by the deadline to qualify for the drawing and be eligible for the Black Friday Conference Deal.
