Have you heard that Toastmasters International has found a way to help more people achieve their DTM before the end of the traditional program on June 30, 2020?
If you are working toward your traditional DTM but thought you’d have to start over with Pathways due to not having a chance to hold a district officer position, then fear not! If you would like to be a club coach, then you can get credit for both coaching and holding a district office!
If you’re really on fire, and if you’re able to quickly help fire up a club in need of support, then you might even achieve both by the end of THIS Toastmasters year! Spots are limited!
The first step in applying to be a Club Coach is to go to the D26 Club Coach Questionnaire and fill that out.
Feel free to elaborate on your answers – in this case, more is better!
I will follow up with you after I receive your answers and we’ll have a brief phone interview, then we’ll see if there’s a club in your vicinity that needs a coach.
I will be holding regular Zoom meetings to provide ongoing support for coaches out in the field. You’ll be able to share stories and resources with other Club Coaches on the call, and you’ll be able to ask for help with club-specific challenges.
We’ll be in this together! Go to that link and fill it out today to get started.
